I finally got one too!
I've been reading threads and have been thinking about buying the Unorthodox Racing Ultra S crank pulley for awhile now... and I finally ordered it couple days ago. I got it in the mail today
but the sad part is, since I'll be going to Japan next week and don't have the Gates belts yet I'll have to wait until August to install it.

typicall when engines are designed in a factory they are overdesigned from an engineering perspective and in our case also designed to give the best balance between comfort and performance for the level of car your buying.
lightnening the crank pulleys and removing dampening materials is typically something that an auto engineer wouldn't do unless they were really designing an engine for racing purposes. even the corvette probably doesn't have a lightened crank pulley.
plus then there would be no aftermarket if everything came from the factory, and i'm sure that auto makers realize this is what keeps the circle of purchases going. cars that are tunable are desirable. at least that's the way i see it.
