How much do you think installing the led dash kit from ledautomotive.com All with the solderless option so they only have to replace the existing lights?

Are you asking how much do you think someone would charge for labor to do it for you? Do it yourself. Its very easy.

true.

OP...go to some local shop's and ask them how much it would be.

its pointless to ask people around the world, we would all come up with different price's.

your best bet is to do it yourself....save that couple hundred bucks you might pay some "mechanic" to change light bulbs, spend one of your day's off with a flat head, and a phillips screw driver, and learn somthing.

then go spend the money you saved on other thing's.

Hmm, is there ANY advantage in going with the soldered kits as opposed to the solderless? Other than cost?

i dont think so. I just would rather not destroy my dash figuring out how to dissasemble it all. I know the guy at my local shop knows how to easily do it because he just put in my dvd screen. So id rather save myself the hassle and damage and just pay him.

if you seen him take out the dash, its simple.. there's 2 screws at the top underside of the dash, just unscrew those and the rest is held on by clips. just wrap a cloth around a flathead screwdriver and pry til it pops out and pull the rest of the dash off. it's gonna be held on by plugs/harnesses whatever you call it, unplug those and thats it.. you're gonna need to take off the plastic upper piece behind your steering wheel to take the dash out

I'm assuming that if you get the solderless, you will have to do the soldering yourself?

There is a good DIY on how to do it. If you can remove 2 screws, you can swap the bulbs yourself. Its easy. Nothing to screw up.

No, solderless dont require any soldiering. They are just twist and walk away.
