Good intake Filter

I'm looking to finally get a CAI for my 2000 TL but I really don't have a lot of money to spend...so I'm gonna get an ebay intake and replace the filter. Any ideas on whats a good brand filter I should get. I was thinking of either a K&N or Fujita. Any thoughts would be appreciated

fujita is the better one i believe. my aem one looks pretty banged up so im looking around too, and if you got money to spend, i think the fujita is a good way to go. i wouldthink there is a diff from the spectre from pepboys, but i havent personally tested that theory so....

Any of the dry flow filters would do. K&N's filters need to be oiled, so that's a bit of a bother.

sh!t, just remembered i have to oil my filter soon. the spectre has better cfm flow than the aem filter i used to have. but the spectre most likely doesn't clean the air as good as aem filters will. i was impressed with the performance out of this cheap $20 spectre.

i've only used aem dryflow. i will probably never use anything else. the filter is very sturdy and never needs to be oiled.
