Cosworth Oil?
Has anyone heard of this stuff? I found it online at www.liquidcosworth.com they claim its a full synthetic and is made for high rev engines?
I'm thinking of giving it a try, figure if a company can make F1 engines they can make oil too for the high tolerances of their engines.

well i've personally never heard of them but it could be quite legit. if i were you i wouldn't waste the money. at $8.50 a quart it's more than mobil 1, not to mention they don't have 5W30 or 5W20 available from what i saw.
i would just stick with a 5qt jug of mobil 1 from walmart and a good filter. you won't have any problems. we've allready proven it can handle the stresses of a high-rev engine. and considering the fact that an F1 engine can rev to 19,000rpm and ours are only 7,000rpm then our engines aren't really "high revving" after all

the cosworth oil is suppose to be a true synthetic.. it has that ester stuff. there is a issue of D-sport that gives you the break down and what truely is a synthetic. not meaning the blends. like a true synthetic has that ester stuff in them. thats why its so much more expensive. i use castrol syntech. mobil 1 is awsome but they dont have the 5-20 in the 5qt. i change my oil every 3k so i dont want to be spending over $35 a oil change. i use the Hamp filter thats why my changes are so high. so $20 for the castrol 5qt is good. id say the only way to find out is to try it. you never know. cant hurt. only using better stuff. haha. just my
