Carbon_covers review

I know a few people probably have faded pillars on their acura TL. I didnt want to remove the pillars to paint them, so i found pillar covers on ebay and the pillars are real clean. Glossy black and stick on very well. check them out.

Seems like a good option for the vertical center posts.
It'd be nice to also have the complete window top surrounds to match, if available.

I purchased these last summer. For the price, they are pretty good. Definitely an upgrade from the faded black pillars that lay underneath now.

My only complaint is that these are thick and when you are close (within arm's reach), they look slightly funky as they bulge out a tiny bit. Maybe it is one of those things that I notice because I know it is there.

Please let me suggest, be extra careful when placing these. I placed them a little too close to the side (front driver side and passenger side door). Now when I open those two doors, I notice a very small annoying tug. I'll probably redo it in the spring.

I've been looking into changing my pillars on my TL. I was wondering if anyone knew if the part around the window is available or if anyone has fixed theirs. Maybe even by spraying it somehow. I have a part of it thats peeling and I wanted to fix it. Any Ideas??

Do what I did, it's the easiest way to get it done, no need to wait for the paint to dry and no ugly bulging plastic.

you could do it around the window too if you wanted. I think that it would look strange.
