About to purchase Comptech

I was wondering if any members here have a sound clip of a TL-P with Comptech catback exhaust with silencers. I have heard the ones without it, which is kinda loud. I am aiming for that G35/350Z sound. I have 01-TL-P by the way.

Thanx.

Just buy what you can while there is still a Comptech to get it from
Who knows what is left!

Yes, they are closing in about a month- there is a long thread about it here.
An Acura dealer on the east coast alledgedly bought most of the remaining stock so some parts will still be avail but no warranty on them.

I've got the Comptech axle back system and it sounds awesome. I love starting up my car just to hear it. I just want to get an intake and the headers, but I doubt it will happen before they close.

I dont have a sound clip, but the sound is a nice low rumble at idle and at full throtte it isnt too loud either. it is louder than stock but it is not one of those fart-can exhausts you hear on the civics.

it really does sound awesome, even my wife loves it.

I just got an 18" resonator instead of the quiet tips. Sounds alright... I have a sound clip but it doesn't really do it justice. It sounds a lot better in ~60deg weather than it does in 35deg weather. Seriously..
Look at your options from Magnaflow too. Wayyy cheaper...

I'm pretty sure that Comptech doesn't make a catback system for the TL-P. Only the TL-S.
