hi,

i currently drive an 02 infiniti i35 and i was thinking about buying a 2002-03 acura tl. can someone tell me what mods are out there for this car. i know they make the current mods:

you can get any mod for any car if you have enough money. No turbos for our car but some ppl have paid around 7grand for a custom.

There are plenty of mods designed for this car alone, you'll have alot of fun, and its fairly easy to work with.

If you want best bang for your buck go for a used G35 ot TL-S. Personally I don't like the old IS that much, not very much power and doesn't look nearly as beautiful as a TL with a kit. 215 compared to a used TL-S which starts you at 260...Get a used TL-S and with the money you'll save over buying a used IS get a Comptech Supercharger, they make one for the TL-S.

since $ isnt an issue i would get an IS and throw away that stock motor and drop in a turbo supra motor with fmic and you'll have way more power

supra motor is ok..but for about the same price, you could build up a is300 motor.

Just get a used evo or sti if you want to get your best bang for the buck. Just upgrade the parts on it. oorrrrr beter yet(cant believe I'm saying this) ..get a 03-04 cobra , nice track time and has mostly forged internals stock ...change the supercharger pulley and exhaust ..and u have over 500whp.

If you want a sedan...can't belive I'm saying this also....and IF I had to buy a new SEDAN tomorrow...get the G35. All the mods for the coupe bolt right on and you're done.

While I like a EVO or STi, they look kinda like ricey to lots of people.

I'm not a fan of the g35 sedan/coupe or even the 350z for that matter. Especially performance wise.

i like a luxury sedan. the g35 does not have that many performance updates. the usual updates are intake, exhaust, and pulleys. i did see in performance auto and sound that someone put a vortech turbo in that car. i just think the lexus is can push a lot of horsepower. when u think about it sure it comes stock with 215 but then you put in a turbonetics turbo. that will boost horsepower up to 350. then you can put intake, exhaust, headers, cam gear, pulleys. you can easily push 400+ hps.
