WTF Windows!?!?

This might be complicated but Ill make it as simple as possible by seperating the symptoms

First off, my windows don't go down. This happened the other day but all I did was turn the car off then back on and slam the door shut and it worked.

Now, NOTHING!

Symptoms:

The red light that indicates the side mirror heat is off or on doesnt come on at all now.

If I have that button in the off position (Raised), the lights on my window switches turn on ('99). If I put it in the On position, the window switch lights turn off completly (Doesn't seem like it dims).

Also, if I have the side mirror defroster in the on position and try to put my windows down, I hear nothing BUT if I have it in the off position and try to put my windows down, I hear a very loud buzzing sound from all windows excluding the drivers side window (That window does nothing).

----------------------------

Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

Since I have the LED Door handle mod that ive been wanting to take out for a while, I will be forced to do so tommorow and also look for a fix to my current problem.

Thanks in advance. (Hopefully I dont have to replace any parts)

yeah sounds like something with the window switch module or a loose connection in the driver door

did it happen to get extremely wet lately, like a window left open or something, cause that could also cause issues too

So I went in there today and all connections were good. I made sure all the cables going into the harnesses were tight. This happened to me a couple of months ago and happens when it rains. It recently rained here and I had my window open now that I think of it.

Plans:

Leave it for a while and hopefully it'll get better (Dry up on the inside IF water is the problem)

If not, Ill get a new window switch and change the Green LED's on the window switches to Red

x2, but it doesn't do anything with a open window

Alright, so I took the rest of the LED's off the rest of the doors and suddenly, the windows now work and the Red light for the side mirror defroster turns on. I do have the white plastic BUT I cut part of it to do the LED Door handle Mod.

Also, where does the harness for that window switch go to? Does it end up connecting to the fuse panel on the drivers side? I ended up disconnecting all of those harnesses on the drives side fuse box to clean up the wires that I had put to wire the LED door handles. Maybe something was loose under there.
