Anyway to get my 00 TL to put the windows down via my OEM remote?

my maxima was able to do it by holding down the unlock button on the remote.... ive tried it on my 02 tl-s and it does not work, so im going to say no

 

I have auto-up windows when I hit the lock on my aftermarket alarm.

I know that for the auto-up, you need two modules since one module can only control two windows. I believe the ones that I had installed with my alarm were the DEI 529T. Not sure if those can be used for auto-down as well.

Well thats a bummer, I know other cars do it of the same year.

 

sell the tl immedialty- your getting horrible gas mileage and the windows anrnt the same as other cars!!!!

Maxima only rolls the windows down an inch- and thats not on th eremote- its a door lock keypad function- we had one---before the TL

 

Actually maximas (99 to be exact, I don't know about the earlier ones) can roll down full windows or as much as you want on the stock remote....
I had a maxima and rolling down windows was the best function of the car....although I wished it also roll up...

 

I couldn't find that section, but currently if I leave my lights on the auto off once I lock the car.

Guess it's time for a new car...

What exactly do you mean? I don't see anything in the OM about remote operation and the headlights. Thanks.

 

I know for a fact that the 4th gen maximas (95-99) roll all the way down with the remote

The only way to do it is to add aftermarket modules. The TL wasnt programed to do so.
