Question Window Lock

When I turn on the power window lock not only are the windows inoperable from the passenger seats, but I can't open them using the control on the driver's door (only the driver's window will open). Is this how it is supposed to work? When I lock the window control on our 1997 Integra sedan the driver's controls still operate all windows.

I'm pretty sure this is how it's supposed to be. Every window except the drivers gets locked. It's the same in my car (granted, I only have 2 windows).....

Thats how they work. I thought it was odd too, but I just got a '00 Altima as a loaner from the dealer and the windows work the same as our TL-s.
