Emergency Seat Eject. Notice the moonroof is actually big enough to fit an adult through? I got this info right off the website, honest!

Come on now, don't lie to him.. It's actually where they put the convertable switch.. you know just like the one KITT had in Knight Rider - which by the way is coming back in a new series..

I think someone posted a while back that there's a footwell lighting dimmer or something on Japanese models... and that's what that blank is for.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that's what it was...

you suck Ron, ruined our fun.

The next thing I was gonna say was that it was the auto-dimming tint for the windows..

but they actually have this for windows inside conference rooms. Kinda grey colored, but you cannot see inside.. and it is perfectly clear when off..

Hey, anyone know anything about nitrous and TL-S? I wonder if anyone has done it and if so, what kind of power are we talking.

But really folks...I believe the blank is for the auto-folding, side-view mirrors they have on the Honda Inspire. I think I remember seeing this on their website.

I kinda would of liked that button to be a power button like on toyota/lexus. Have it programed so that if on...it travels through gears as agressive as possible.

I actually wished that it was for deploying the Batmobile armor-plating defense system. That way I can park close to the grocery store and not come back to a car full of door dings!

I agree with Davest,

It's for the auto-folding mirror switch that's found in Japenese Inspires. Parking spaces are tight in Japan, and folding mirrors are actually a practical gadget there.

Well, we don't have a switch for the daytime running light. It's on all da time except when you turn on your headlight. It will be illegal to switch it off actually...

But of course what you say is doable...

Thumbs up

Yes it is for the switch for electric folding mirrors. I was just reading June 01 issue of Car & Driver Hoong Kong edition, they imported the cars as right hand drive Acura TL-S, with side markers and chrome shifter cover and.... electronic folding mirrors.
