Washer Fluid Problems

It seems that when I go to release the washer fluid on the windshield, it barely squirts out from one side, and doesn't come out at all on the other. I was wondering what this could be due to (maybe wax getting clogged in holes where the fluid is released from?). Anyone else have this problem?

I agree it's probably wax. I'd use a pin or needle rather than a toothpick cause if you accidently break off the toothpick in there, you'll really have a problem.

What year do you have? I don't remember which one this applies to but there is a TSB about washer hoses deteriorating and leaving rubber gunk on the windshield. Hopfully a chunk didn't break off in the lines and clog things up.

I tried using a safety pin (I am positive it is wax since I remember getting some wax in there in summertime 2005) but in vain. What is the next level? I read on the web that one can remove the tubes from inside and spray some air. Anyone tried that? Any advice will be appreciated.
