Can anybody tell me how to recondition my steering wheel paint, as many of you, I have black spots (paint rubbed off) where my hands hold the wheel.

You steering wheel is covered in leater not pain. The blak spots are where the leather is wearing thin. You can buy a new (newer) one or have an upolstery shop re-cover it. A lot of people are replacing the wheel with a wood one and selling the OEM one on Ebay. Give it a look. I have wood in my car, but I decided to keep the original wheel
