I think that is it, #16 has two clips #18. Check out the name of the line, #16 is named "Pipe B."
in the original picture, it's a hard line(more specifically a pipe)with two clips.

The clips give it away!
They also mount, the metal vacuum tube, on the driver side front beam traveling from rear to front to connect the front mount.
The only other similar 'metal tube' of comparable length is the #19 power steering return pipe B, on the passenger side, which also mounts on the front beam from rear to front; however, as you know it carries PS fluid and not negative pressure and is held to the beam with different clips #6:

Now the question is: What does the OP have connected to his front mount?

You Won't get any CEL's that I am aware of. you may notice some vibration at idle. what does the engine mount control connect to? it's up above right in front of the brake master cylinder. looks like this:
that control opens up vacuum from the intake manifold to the front and rear mounts to try and stabilize engine vibration.
if you have aftermarket mounts, not a problem.
I would have a hard time understanding how it came with the trans, as that pipe is usually mounted to the subframe and just gets in the way of removing the trans so it gets tossed as someone is removing...
