Your right. He called us a few days ago. He plans to be there when we take the TL back in tomorrow. I'm taking it in to work this morning to see if I can get the trunk to open again. And see if I can rescue the remote start. I know I'm gonna be pissed when I see what they did to my wiring. :silvermad

 

And pissed I was. I took apart the dash of the TL to find the remote start brain taped to the fuse panel. A bunch of wires clipped. What a freakin' mess. I got everything working again. But I think that they fried the TRUNK release switch on the door. It doesn't pop the trunk anymore. Only the remotes will pop the trunk. We're taking it in tomorrow at noon to meet with Management. I'd rather not. Just give me the parts. I'll do it myself.
