Hey you know those Tints that are like mirrors.. Like they reflect.. I know those are illegal but are they legal if I put them on the top of windshield.. I know theres a dollar size on top of windshield that you can tint so I was wondering can I use Mirror Silverish reflecting TINT on top instead of normal tint>?

good luck with the radar, that mirror is basically metallic tint and I'm pretty sure your radar won't penetrate that.

) true.

Tint may not be allowed at all in some or a few states; however, in states that aren't too picky with tint (i.e. are tolerant of) tint in this case is ONLY illegal if it blocks out the driver/front passenger's faces.

This makes sense only because, in certain conditions, it is necessary to see who is driving i.e. a wreckless driver-not possible to give even a vague description if the tint is too dark!!!

I personally think, eventhough I have Jet Black, 30% tint, the silver/black mix looks great, especially on cars that aren't old or on cars that are sporty.

I ordered some full metalic tint (doesn't fade) called "Ultra Neutral" for my 99TL from this site ----> http://www.autowindowtintings.com/shopping.htm

I got the 37% and right after I put it on I really wished I had got the 14% ...

I am going to re-order the same tint except this time I am getting the 14%. It looks really good and it makes it really hard to see who is in the car from the side.

It doesn't look ghetto or rice either since it blends really good with my black TL.

The tints with half mirror and half real tint are gay. PERIOD. It looks dumb and your just asking for the 5-0 to screw with you! Stick with full mirror or real tint because that half and half is a

i dunno...its just a guess...cuz when i had my TL-S, i always had to drive right up to the garage gate for the homelink to work. then when i just got my IS, the homelink worked a lot further away, so i thought maybe the IS just had a better system. however, right after my tint, i noticed that i had to drive right up to the gate again.
