Any of yall New Yorkers know a good tint shop in NYC. A friend of mine did my last car, but he moved to Florida.

 

i went to a place on 3rd ave and 30something street in brooklyn...20% all around (not windsheild) came out to $150, plus they go all the way to the end of the window to give it a clean and natural look!

 

Make sure they use the right brand of tint, and they have good business ethics and that's all you have to worry about. Even if something goes wrong, a good place will not BS you and take care of the problem for you or won't hesitate to re-do the work if needed.

 

theres a place in long island near glen cove on Northern Blvd... they are highly reputable and did two of my cars... they use the best tint paper out there- i think it was solarguard... garuntee'd no fading of the tint... and they are really nice people who take care of your car meaning if anyting went wrong they are not dicks about fixing it or even ripping it off and starting all over.... u might pay a lil more than any other place, but all i can say is you pay for what you get... lifetime warranty on tint AND labor (some places garuntee that but dont really live up to their word) .. if u wana know wher this place is or even their number to talk to them, hit me up

Tint Shop in Great Neck

 

I got the tints done this weekend. I got a good tip from "big mike 13". he told me about Tintmax.com in Fresh Meadows. This guy had great service. He types into the computer what car you have and than the tint is cut by a machine for the perfect fit for that car. He had no other appointments after me so he spend 3 1/2 on my car. Came out great. I would recomend him to everyone.

 

can you guys provide me with a price for tintmax & the shop in great neck, a friend of mine is looking to tint locally.

They have a machine that cuts the film for a specific car, so it looks perfect, the tint is right to the edge, and they know what they are doing.

The owner name is Harry, he is an ass, but his workers are nice, and they know the craft pretty well.

Don't go to the tint shop in Great Neck. Though once they were good, now quality is starting to go down but prices have gone up. I use to be a big fan of them from when they were little and establishing themselves, but after I've seen how they treated a few of my friends and even myself, I'm not going to advise going there. Hiren, you were one of the last ones to get proper service.
