Bounce & Jiggle?

Ok first thanks to anyone who added to my "Cornering Thread". I really do appreciate it the posts really helped me out. I am deffinately getting Eibach Sway Bars for my TL.

However, here is another issue that I feel the TL Type S could get help with... Driving at high speeds I get a noticable "Bounce & Jiggle", making it dangerous to race someone or just plain speed. I still do it, but it is always in the back of head that any second now something will go very wrong... Anyhow, what do you recommend to fix that issue?

When I say high speeds, I am talking 100+

i think by lowering the car and adding sport springs you could resolve that a bit but if i recall you didnt want a rougher ride so you might have to live with it, unfortunately.

Maybe the balancing of your tires is off; thats not normal.

Struts wearing out, wheels off balance, bad alignment, bad tires, who knows?

Even when I had stock tires with H&R Sport springs and Comptech sway bars, my car still felt solid and glued to the ground at 147 mph.

Hmmm Struts huh... Well I have brand new tires (FALKEN ZIEX ZE-512), and I know they are balanced and alligned properly. I deffiantely get the bounce feeling at around 120+...So you think it is deffinately the struts? Any recommendations as to which one to get? and how much do the parts and labor cost?

oh man, tha'ts a whole another thread. you gotta search that up.. people like the spring/shock combo then there are others that swear to coilovers.. it's how much $$$ you got and the deals you can get.. but do a bit of searching and then narrrow your search downn

as far as i know these are the setups:

1. koni yellow or Tokico Illumina/Blues + H&R springs or Comptech Spring

2. TEIN Basics or TEIN SS coilovers...

do a bit mor of searching to decide which you are better off with.. good luck.
