Post Thinking about swapping a 00TL for TL-s

hrm...yesterday i was considering getting the TL-S....all round it seems to be a good car...and what i've read from you guys and this forum it seems to be even better

I'm thinking about going to my dealer and see if they wanna swap my TL00 and a $6000 for a new TL-S...what do u guys think? am i just wasting my money?

I like the 02 TL's but the 00 TL is just fine....i rather just keep the 00...there are only a few changes on the 02 model and that are really not necessary. Why spit out an extra $6000? Keep your TL, its a great car~!

suspension, rims, system, headers, intake, exhaust and other cool gadgets.

Six grand is a lot. I thought about swapping too, but to lose money is not worth it, considering the 00TL is a great car itself.

I agree. Plus there is going to be a major re-design in 2003-2004 for the TL. So save your money for later.

$6,000? Maybe bone boring stock. The car is only worth it with Navi, under body and spoiler. That's $36,000 when finished. Even without it (32,500) they would not give you more than $24,000 on a trade.

I've done the research but you are always welcome to prove me wrong.
