I’m having trouble getting to One bolt that’s being block my Dipstick
on my 2001 Acura TL.

does anybody know solutions for getting to it?
or do I need to explain with more detail?

 

You can remove the dipstick. It's being held by a bolt just near the top most bolt on the tensioner. page 6-19 details how to do it. I would recommend cleaning the surface of the engine where it inserts before removing it. and installing a new oring before putting it back in.
