I’m having trouble getting One bolt on my Tensioner so I can replace it for a new one.
but it’s being blocked by my Dipstip.

Yeah the dipstick comes off, it's held in place by a single bolt toward the bottom of it. Feel toward the end and you'll find it - I think it's a 10mm but it's been a while since I was in there. Have fun putting the bolt back in though!
