lol alright ive taken mine out and replaced it, but this was a little while ago but here it goes. ok pry off the wood grain trim that lines the center console on both sides. top to bottom. there are a few screws that need to be undone underneath of it i forget witch to be exact, but just take out the ones that look like there holding the center console or HU in there. now take off both plastic peices underneath the wood grain. now open the driver's door and take off the fuse panel lid. and the then the plastic cover that goes under the wheel and over to the center console, but watch the TCS and cruise control and foglight switchs they may need to be disconnected i cant remember sorry lol. now look in the deep compartment in the center, under the lil "rug" type thing there are one or two screw, take them out. this is were it gets tricky, i had to turn my car on and put it into something like D3 or 1 or 2 and then shut it off becuase you need to take off the plastic piece around the gear shift knob next. you should be able to move the entire center thing back now, but watch the heated seat switchs they need to be undone and taken out. now just move the center thing back, and theres just a few more clips and screws that hold the HU in there. hope this helps lol sorry if i forgot any steps let me no if your stuck on anything..

hey thanks for the reply. Yea that sounds about right. Ive removed a few before and they are just a pain in the rear. Cause when you think you took out all the screws, there is always one hiding somewhere.

Hmm I could have sworn it was. Well, you might have to wait until the build the database and fix the search function.
