If the check engine light was not blinking then is not too serious. Hopefully is not the tranny.......most likely a cylinder missfire.

yikes, I had mine all go one when my tranny went. I hope it's not a warning say telling you it's ready to die.

no the tranny isnt showing any of teh signs like the last 2. im thinking its the intake passages clogged with carbon again. thats what it was the last time those 2 lights went on, and it has been about 70k since they were last on (around 68k)

ill keep ya all posted (once i bring it to the dealer)(about 1 1/2 hr drive for me)

i was told by the mechanic its a fairly common thing on the honda especially those with higher miles due to all the different formulas of gas. the verry upper part of the intake (if you were to remove the visable bolts on the little cover that pokes throught the plastic cover on the engine) there are all sorts of tiny tracks (what they do??) but they get carboned up. they just took the upper half of the intake off and cleaned it with carb cleaner

fsttyms1........ about that being cleaned, have you or anyone ever bought that intake manifold cleaner? it comes in a can and you're supposed to take your intake tube off and spray this stuff straight into the engine while its running at a med. rev! does it work? and any recommend ones? do you think that has the same effect as what they did to your railings?

i havent tried that, and i dont think that would work for what happened to mine last time. they had to remove the intake pull the top cover off and spray it out and use a little brush to clean the tracks.

Does your engine shakes or misfires once in a while?

from my experience, when those lit up, i had to replace my fuel regulator and my PCM....1100 bux.

i really hope you just have a tiny glitch and not what i had,
good luck!
