Allright, a mod on the CL board is selling brand new Comptech Springs. He lives close to me and is selling for a pretty low price. I'm just wondering where I could get them installed if I buy. Any good/bad experiences? Also what was the price for the install? Any dealers warranty Comptech parts?

 

I got mine installed at Discount Tire Center in El Monte. They charged $100, $50 for sways.

 

My Acura dealership installs Comptech parts and waranties them too. I think Acura has approved the use of Comptech performance parts.

Acura does not provide warranty coverage for Comptech parts or installation. Since each dealer is a privately owned franchise, the dealer may elect to retail high performance parts and/or offer installation. Some dealers may offer the consumer warranty coverage, but this warranty is not from Acura or Honda Motor Company. Typically the warranty coverage is that of the part manufacturer (defects in material or workmanship).

 

I installed mine at Acura of Pasadena. They are very good for doing comptech mods. I paid smth like $280 - not cheap but they provide warranty for installation and they can deal directly with Comptech in case of any problems...
