hey guys uhh i have a question about the odometer onthe tl s.
i have a 03 tl s and well i have noticed that at night when the lights are on the odometer with everything eles in the car is very very dull. the light seems like the bulb is running out of juice. i put the contrast on the dash stuff to the highest setting but it is very dull , is it normal? does anyone think it is alos dull at the brightest setting? or isit just me? is anyone listeing to me> am i talking to myself?

damn. oh man i took a crap in my pants.

please respond if you do not wish to get craped on .

Yeah that's completely normal. When I set mine at the highest, it just looks so dull and dark that I feel something is wrong--but it's normal.

Can you imagine when I first had my car for the first two weeks I didn't know that the lights were adjustable cuz it was set on the lowest beam. I was like WTF? Only until I skimmed the owner's manual did I realize it was adjustable, which made it a lot better, but still dark.

If I am correct...remember reading this on this board...that we have a light sensor that also adjusts our interior lights such as cluster and navigation to a setting that is comfortable for the eyes.

I think the BMWs have this, not our cars though.

Hmm... I don't think we have that feature.
