It arrived today!!
Well, my Anthracite Type S with Navi finally arrived from NM today on the truck!!
It was the only Anthracite in about a 5 state region I could find. Plus, the local dealers weren't willing to give me the price I wanted. I was even willing to special order it. Oh, well. Their loss my gain. James Kao (salesman) and Rob Mohr (sales mgr) at Montano Acura were great. The even shipped the car before the fedex package containing my check and paperwork arrived! I don't know I could be that trusting with a $30K car. The car was a little dirty from the travel but nothing a wash willn't take of. The old truck driver was funny. He even apologized for the tiny bit of mud on the fender. He said he keep it on the back of the truck the whole trip. According to him, that's the safest place to avoid rock damage. I'm excited. I can't wait for the break in period to be over so I can play with the VTEC. Plus, my door sills should arrive in a few days and, I've got 2 sets of Polk DX-6 awaiting the terminator mod and tweeter mod before installing. My wife thought I was crazy buying stuff before I even owned the car.
P.S. Anyone want to buy a '91 Legend?
