Some problems, or not

I went to the dealership to get some parts. While I was there I got a free oil change + 30 point inspection. Ignoring the problems "due to mileage" which I have already taken care of myself, they found these problems:

+Replace rack and pinion assembly because:
-Found PS fluid contaminated (BS because I flushed it myself a few thousand miles ago)
-Found PS fluid low (Doesn't look low to me)
^Seems kind of overkill to replace everything

+Perform brake system fluid exchange because:
-Found brake fluid dirty/contaminated
^Probably true. I've never flushed it in 175k

+Replace left AND right inner tie-rods because:
-Found both worn out
^Should I be concerned? I'm clueless when it comes to suspension.

What do you guys recommend I do or ignore? Mostly, I'm worried if I should change the tie rods. My wheels get out of alignment pretty quickly, but I never really cared because of Firstone's lifetime alignment.

First things first, Tie Rods. Then brakes. If you did the PS and everything checked out ok, I wouldn't worry about it.

diy the brake fluid= thats critical for stopping on the way to firestone
every year or 2 it should be flushed- simple diy, 2 qts DOT4 fluid and a buddy

PS fluid- near the upper mark is correct level,,watch while running

take to firestone and ask for front end inspection, since they do all your aligns-
they should normally ck the tie-rods anyway..especially if told it doesnt stay.

those are the part that is adjusted to change alignment!--
CRITICAL to safety and keeping it in align~

any `findings` that were total bs and not `reality` based- tell the service manager!
they are responsible for what the employee tries to sell you
Prevention is good- outright lies are not

the steering rack- ck its end boots for leakage from inside
that would mean old fluid ruined the seals and replacement of entire unit is needed
