We dont have inspections down here but isnt that as long they can see your brake lights clearly, then you should be fine?

they may very well give u trouble.. unless u can convince them thats how our tailights come from the factory ... or just go to a small gas station and have it done ... they do not normally fail u for cosmetic things... as far as my experiences with them.

and also for the inspection does the cold air intake make a difference. i know the engine is louder but does it create any kind of exhuast level problem?

CAI shouldn't mess with emissions. It would take much miore than that really. Welcome to Acuraine, kinda new here myself, but it's a good community.

NJ must suck! hahaha! jk. I don't see anyone failing inspection for most performance upgrades really as long as you can control the emissions side of things. even lowering shouldn't be a prob as long as you don't rub. get good shocks and an alignment before you go in if you do. but i live in PA, so it may be a little different over here.

WOW! That's crazy! They failed you for RACING PEDALS. The pedals you can get from Acura are like racing pedals....I hear they only allow up to 5% tint as well.
