Rubber floor mats

Anyone got any info on these? I'm looking for a good set.

I want the Acura factory ones, but it seems they only come in black and I have a tan interior.

I see the WeatherTech ones offered for sale here in tan, but I want to know if they are custom made for the TL floor (with a notch for the fuel door switch and all).

If the WeatherTech ones aren't custom, does anyone have the black Acura mats installed in a tan interior? Do they look all that bad? I'd much rather just drop $50 at a dealer and have my factory mats rather than have to order the WeatherTech ones and have them shipped.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

On this site they have a set of clear (semi plastic) mats that go over your normal floor mats. I also have the tan interior and I am also looking into getting some form of rubber/plastic mats to either cover my original mats of replace them, but I have not found Tan rubber mats... Please inform me if you have

These tan mats are from McNeils in Chicago (WeatherTech). I have them in my NBP/tan 2003 TLS and they are a perfect fit. Yes, they are custom made for the car. You can see from the pic. They hold a lot of water/snow, etc. Are very flexible and made very well, I'd never use anything else. FWIW..... Chuck

I got really hasty today and went ahead and bought the black Acura factory all season mats at the dealer. They're choice. Thick and soft and fit perfect. They don't look all that bad. If it gets to the point where I can't stand them, I'll stick my carpeted ones back in and get the clear top mats as per the suggestion by nym31mp. Maybe spring for the WeatherTechs later.

I'm in Houston so I'm not worried about snow, but it does rain like crazy and I have a ton of inconsiderate friends who like to wipe their feet on my carpets. Plus I wear hard soled shoes everyday and my heel cuts into the area under the pedals.

I'll tell y'all if I am happy with the mats after a few days.

For what it's worth... I have a set of the all season mats and used them in the winter last year (Wisconsin). They fit perfect and keep the regular mats looking much better for the warmer months.

We bought an MDX this month and will definitely be getting the all season mats before too long for that vehicle.

MadisonTLS: You have the rear all-weather mats from WeatherTech? Do they fit well? I am looking into getting them. They aren't a perfect fit though are they?
