Post RL Nav vs. TL Nav.. Same thing?

The day i went to the dealer, they didn't have a TL with Nav, so i just test drove one with out a Nav. My dad wanted me to get an RL.. (hmmm... too big) i sat inside of it.. and drove it.. (Mad Boat. 0-60 time? Never never if being pulled by an MDX) Yeah well here is my question. Is the RL's Nav system the same as the TL's? (the RL was a very nice car, but i don't think it fits my age. the dealer offered 8K discount because it was a 2000 model (and it had 1K miles), said no.)

Same system except bigger screen. I think the RL and MDX have the same screen-size. The screen on TL and CL are the same.

behnam,
How old are you? RL is a nice car. If your father is willing to get an RL for ya, I'd say go for it. It comes w/ foglights too!

depends what ur looking for. If u looking for a more sporty kind of car go with TL, but if u have a chance to pick up an RL I would go for it. Hey but remember the TL-Type S will be out soon so u might want to wait

I wouldn't get an RL. It's too expensive for what it offers. You can get a TL and mod all you want. Or better yet, wait for the TLS. If you can't wait that long, get a CLS.

You can mod the heck out of RL's and look dope. Just the matter of taste and budget.

8K off the RL is a great deal. I would have taken it!

oh well, i just picked up my car, 2001 Acura TL Silver w/ nav, hmm.. yeah.. i wish my dad would buy me things. I'm 17 and i had to beg him just to sign the contract, not even finance things, i was paying for the car myself.

I really wouldn't have waited for a Type S, i really needed a car fast, i just hope i don't ever regret getting an Acura TL. (What really attractd me was the price in the first place, and the fact that i needed a car very fast because well.. i had an accident that same morning.)
