is there anyway to assist for DURING taking it off....for example, should i heat it up or something.....?

anyone used 3M spray adhesive to stick the sills on so they dont look like they stick up...i just used some on my "3.2 TL" emblem and put it above the glove compartment, works great, i was thinking of taking off my sills and sticking them on with it.

Use the dental floss trick. Heat up the sills then take a length of dental floss, wrap it around your right and left index finger then slide it underneath the tape. It should come off without hurting the sills. Remember those sills are hella thin.
