if your buddy dont know, you HAVE TO get a proffesional, i have installed and i was watchin the guy do it and once you get under the dash, that shit is very technical just a bunch of wires and you wouldnt want to snip one by accident

so your best bet i think is have a professonal do it,

ps, if you already have the remote starter it should just cost around 50-60 bucks for install

hmm, it seems that you are forgetting that your key has a chip in it, in order to have a remote starter, you must fool the PCM, to do that you need a special module that will either host or copy the key...without that, your remote starter is useless.

professional install please.

If you care about your car, get the install done by a professional.

guys, he is a professional. he's a certified tech for nissan. he does all my work from his private garage which has all the tools of a normal garage. every car has different color wires under the dash. all he needs is the wire diagram so he knows which wires to tap.

automotive technican (nut and bolt guy) is not the same as a car stereo/alarm installer, if he is experience he should be able to find the wires without any notes, i do installs and most of the cars that i do i don't use notes, because i don't want to make it a bad habit, i seen some guys that can't install alarm without notes, all they do is follow what the note said, those are the same people that call my shop everyday because if something wrong with the alarm they don't know what to look for to trouble shoot it....

anyway the manual that came with the system pretty much tell you/him everything including programming.

good luck

i made the mistake of only getting the 2.5x. after about two weeks i realized i shoul have gotten the 3.5x but i bought the avital remote start that works with the 2.5x and essentially turns it into a 3.5x. i just need for it to be installed
