Radiator Fan

When I have the a/c running the fans run, but lately when parked and the a/c running the fans cycle on/off consistantly every few seconds. Doesn't seem normal. Is this a sign of a fan relay going bad?

when the AC compressor kicks in, yea thats normal. Thats the extra drag on teh motor and the ECU kicking up the rpms a few to compensate
