Ok i was just wondering if its ok to take my car to a different dealer to do my warrenty work? I mean would they treat my car the same as if i bought it from them?

My dealer is great and all, but their service is getting worse since they are redoing everything. So they are always busy, and i feel rushed.

I like my dads acura dealer better, so would i have no problem taking my car to his dealer?

 

Crzy, you should have no problems taking it to another dealer.
Look at me.....I bought my TL at Montclair Acura but all my service work is performed at Park Ave Acura. When I first brought it to them, all they asked was if this was my first time there. I said yes and that was it. They took down the usual info and I was set.

Any acura dealers in the US will fix any warranty repairs you have. Now, the level of service varies from dealer to dealer.

Any dealer will be more than happy to do any type of service, warranty or not, on your car, u bought it there or not. Either way, it's good money to them.
