Are you talking about the Parking Brake Light staying ON after the brake was released?

Personally I wouldn't waste time thinking about what it could be. Get it to the dealer before you really find out why that light is doing that.

If it's not the brake light warning that comes on if the parking brake is still on but yet another different light then the master cylinder could be low on fluid, which it should never be. If that is so then there could be a fluid leak somewhere in the hydraulic system causing an un-equal pressure (throwing a warning switch) in the master cylinder between the front and rear brakes.

If its the PARKING BRAKE LIGHT it could be wear indicator for brake pads. It also could be a faulty FLOAT LEVEL CAP IN THE BRAKE FLUID RESEVIOR. This is what happen to me the light would stay on for a few miles after I first turned the car ON in the mourning. The light would then go out & do the same thing the next mourning after the car set all night.

Yes, I'm talking about the brake light when you step on the parking brake, and I already check the parking brake, and the brake fluid is full but it look like it have some dirt in it, what the brake fluid support to look like? and what is e-brake and where can I locate them? I like to take to the dealer but I just have time to take them, been working alot. And thank for all your respond you guys, I really preciated very much.

When the brake fluid is in good condition it is supposed to look rather clear in color. Maybe even leaning towards the color of Ginger-Ale (without the bubbles ). If it's dark brown or black it's time to get that stuff flushed out. If it is that bad then a piece of dirst may have gotton into one of the pinholes in the master cylinder in the bottom of the resivior.

E Brake = Emergncy Brake/Parking Brake.
Like I said you could have wear on your brake pads because the light is designed to do that when they are low.
Also as I said the Master Cylinder FLOAT LEVEL RESVIOR CAP could be defective. I had the cap problem with my car & this caused the brake Parking Brake Light to stay on for awhile when I would get into the car. This happen first thing in the mourning when I fist started the car. The brake fluid was okay but the cap became faulty. This would cause the light to come on the dealer replaced it under warranty after they foud the problem.

Unplug wire, unscrew brake cap and replace. Then hook wire up

Acura put out a TSB regarding this issue a few years ago. The reservoir filter may need to be replaced. There are a few steps listed to help you find out if it is the cap or the filter.
