Problems!
If you just put your system in, I would bet this is a flase code. I would reset the SRS light and see if it re trips. I bet it probably is ok. Do a search on resetting the SRS light and do the paperclip reset routine....
Post back if the light stays out or not.

p1457 is leak canister side.
Usually the cause that I have seen is an over filled gas tank which saturates the two-way valve and bypass solenoid. If thats the case just replace these two.

The two way valve and bypass solenoid are under the car left side by rear door.
You should see a black box and small hoses and wires going twards it.
If you remove the two-way valve and bypass solenoid and fuel comes out, it was saturated and bad.
I'd say around $70 from the dealer and it comes with two sets of "o" rings.

I had a 1457 last year in my '99 TL....turned out to be the cannister was saturated (as posted above, topping off over the limit ain't a good idea). Took it to a Honda dealer (no local Acura dealer) and had it replaced because I don't like playing with gas, about $200 total. You're right, the car will run fine, but it won't pass an emissions test.
Its kinda funny that its on after you put a system in. Just try to reset the srs light. There was a post on how to do that through some wires and your fuse box. Try a search for srs and see if you can reset it.
