At least you paid for something that's a good cause.

Last longer and feel much better than a 3.5.

I have been following this thread and this is very interesting..
One think that has been getting to me though, is that it might be way cheaper to just trade my car in and get a manual 6 speed or buy a 6 speed SWAP it out and sell the new the latter back out ................

@ over 2k plus it starts getting analytical....

Dont mean to knock anyone down but I am jsut saying.. beign seen 6 speeds for like 10k ,so its making me very calculating.....

Phee, how's everything been going with you? Haven't heard from and you haven't updated in a while. Just wondering if everything's alright.

oh man. my dad had to have an emergency surgery on his rotator cuff so alot of my money went to paying his co-pay ($1200) and now im helping my family out financially because he is out of work for 3 months.

im hoping to have the swap started next month and finished next month, but who knows. luckily, manejer is bringing me a flywheel all the way from the islands so that should help cut the cost.

after i recieve the flywheel, all i will need is the clutch and richies module, but then i have to come up with the money to pay for the mechanics bay(unless someone from the board wants to help)

im still going through with the swap, im just working 40+ hours a week to makes ends meet.

I appreciate the concern guys.

POISX-i have no idea what you are asking lol. can you reword what youre trying to say?

I think he's saying to buy a 6 speed car and take everything you need out to do the swap and then sell the car. IDK either.

Yes..
what he said...................
if the cost of parts and labor are going over $2500 then it might be an option to consider especially if the auto tranny is NOT yet out of commision.Becos, I hv seen some 6 speeds sell 4 like 10k and some change.

Good Luck with D installation Phee.
