I have another idea. I seen a site sellin the carbon fiber sticker sheets.... I was gunna do mine like that. And meybe even do my trunk like this. Since they dont make CF trunks for our cars. They said there CF stickers are so real that you cant even tell that is a sticker... I dunno its just an idea,,,

if you dont have a 99 you will lose the ability to use 1st in the gate shift. if you have a 99 you can strip the paint off. If i remember right someone said that the new ones dont have the chrome under it anymore

yup.

i didn't want to take the chance of ordering one and not being chromed. (plus sthe steep price of 80$). i say just paint it a color you like.
