New code: after replacing solenoid A now its saying the torque converter solenoid. My car is in limp mode, but when I put into drive it starts off normal for a second but then becomes sluggish, limp mode.

I'm reading that it's rarely the solenoid and usually a busted TC but can anyone tell me anything more about it because there isn't much information about it on the internet or these forums. Thank you.

NaTrap408, Use the search function. I just did and there was a post from Saudade that gave a list of some basic things to do. https://acurazine.com/forums/second-...-p0743-990226/
After you read it you can search on 3x3 and other terms to find information. You can search on Torque Converter etc. There will not be a one size fits all for this problem you will need to try things and you can report what you find, the symptoms, and people will try to help but you need to do the work to help narrow down the possibilities. There is plenty of information on these forums concerning the torque converter and transmission. It would take more than a day of solid reading to go through it all. Many people just assume the TC and tranny are bad and replace them using the AV6 swap thread,
Do the visual checks, the wire checks, the solenoid testing, fluid checks, check for TC noise. Follow the manual.

I used a multimeter on the wire connector that plugs into the tcc solenoid, and it said .012 ... That's not normal, is it? Considering other similar wires read higher volts like 6.0 and more??

So it's a wiring issue?

What were the conditions of the measurement? Was the car started, were you driving? Have you downloaded the manual and followed the troubleshooting guide for this DTC? Pages 14-302 and 303.

With car running, the lighter colored wire connected (one closest to dashboard) reads no volts.

When I go from P to D5, the car acts like normal for about 2 seconds, then boggs down into limp mode.

Well look that you do not have basic understanding of playing with voltmeter. If read no volts with car running it is good if you read voltage.

. Read this book. At top of this book, I finished college level electrical physics. That one class is worth more than everything else I learn in school.

Did you find the manual and download it? There is a link somewhere on this site and it is free?

Here's the test procedure for the solenoid itself. You should rule that out. While you're in there, carefully check the wires, connectors and I usually spray some contact cleaner whenever I split a connector I haven't opened in a while.

If you haven't done so already, do a 3x3 drain/fill, clean the screens on the valve bodies and change the trans filter. Don't forget to wipe all of the metal filings off the drain plug. While I haven't had a code or flashy D5 pop up, I've been dealing with a sluggish 3-4 shift. The 3x3, new filter seemed to help a lot.
