Okay... I am VERY serious about this thing and I will order it if you somebody can help me out with thouse questions and dobuts

1. after I went through those 130 posts I still don't know how can I order that damn thing from Canada and how much

2. I guess they won't make the Candian spec (km instead of miles) for the speedo, right? cuz if they won't do it for the 99 tacho, then...

3. So, what's the offical count, now? I can try to gather more order from Toronto.

oh and btw, don't flame me on this one...

I from Taiwan from what I understand, many tech, electronic companies are going down over there. So, I am a bit worried, and yet at the same time I hope everyone can just hurry up and make it 50... If they are Made In Taiwan, then I HAVE TO GET THEM!!! It helps out the economy over there, hence helps my & my parents' business.

Okay that was some bull crap... but seriously do you have any info about the factory or company in TW? Maybe I can check them out for you guys...

But NATE, please LET ME KNOW HOW CAN I GET THEM FROM CANADA!!! and how much of course...

Thanks so much in advance...

C'mon guys chill out. You guys make it sound like Nate is making money off this deal; he's not. He's just took the initiative to get this product made and wanted to help out other TL owners who also wants this mod. Pressuring Nate is not gonna make the gauges happen faster. Just be a little more patient and we will have gauges soon enough. Don't forget, these gauges are being made from scratch in a whole other country. It'll take time. On the other hand, if we don't hear anything by the end of June, then I'd be worried.

I truly believe that once the gauges are made and we have pics of it installed, they won't have any problems selling 50 of them. They will fit better (TCS light) and look better at night than the TL-S gauges.

If anything, legit questions can be directed to Sales@HIDVision.com . They might have a better answer than Nate will.

Keep the orders comin'

Thanks VDo.

I want these gauges probably more than anyone. Eventually enough orders will come in and we will have our gauges. Right now the count is about 20-25. I'm hoping that when Streetz shows the Honda gauges at the Park Ave meet that more forum members will post their thoughts and that will bring in more orders.

This will happen, damnit, we just need more people serious about making it happen.

Okay... thanks a lot more those info...

I won't see throught those gague at night rite? I hope not... or else the km/mile thing is gonna be a mess.

I hope I will get used to it thought. Cuz when that thing reads 100, I am actually doing 160km/h... But how am I supposed to know. The car feels like it was doing 60 to me officer...

I guess that I do not understand. I thought that we convinced a retail outfit to order a set of 50 gages which they did. They are in the process of being manufactured overseas and will be shipped to the retail outfit. Right so far?

The retail outfit will not release any of the gages until we cough up 50 actual buyers, even though they have the gages? Or is the retail outfit sitting on our orders until they get 50 orders to turn on manufacturing?

It seems to me that if they have them sitting in the store the best way to sell them them all is to get some of them on the street.

on a different slant, I wonder if we should come up with a list of all of the people that earlier comitted and try to twist their arm(s) to stick by their word.

Let me know when you get to 50, damn that's a long ways off. I can't afford to give you $80 bucks right now, that's very valuable to me. I'd rather have $80 now then later.

Thanks for the input, cuz I always have the lighting of my gauge set at the brightest. I want to keep it that way for my radio and AC at night. But it will be freaky annoying if I can see through the gauge (due to the fact that the original speedo is too bright)

That will be really messed up. Cuz I got the KM instead or miles in Canada...

HID Vision has already gotten the Legend guys their gauges, look at http://forums.legend.org/. They just got them a few days so there are few pics of them.

It cost HID Vision a few thousand for the company in Taiwan, 4IG, to make the template to create the gauges in the first place. HID Vision can't front that money and then hope that we all buy the gauges.

Anyone see the gauges at the Park Ave meet?

I had my headers installed (more on that later when I'm not so damn tired) the guy that did the install had a Legend with the indiglo gauges from the HID Vision group buy installed! They looked sweet! Too bad it was daytime so I couldn't really see them lit up, but I'm sure they rock!

Lets see some more orders people! We are so close. We're trying to do something new for our TLs here and this is probably the cheapest mod you can do. $80 is nothing compared to the prices of all the other mods we spend our money on like intake, exhaust, headers, body kit, spoiler, etc.
