Thanks for taking the time to post the pics. I am really dissapointed with the base TL mags, The one thing I really liked about the present TL is the mags, I always loved them. However, I love the TL-s mags. I guess I will have to get the TL-s.

Yeah, I must admit, I'm a newbie and I check this board alot my damn self! I was definitely feelin this car except that I hated the front grill. But then, I saw that pic of the Black TL S, and I graciously shutup! Can't wait to see it in person. If it's as good as the pic, I'll have to say good bye to my the other choices I had in mind for late this year, which were the RX300 or A4. I don't even care what the next ES300 looks like now!!!

phatboy, from my personal experiences, when dark leather gets old enough to start cracking, it's really easy to spot the material underneath all the dark leather. Seen that in my dad's old beatup Benz with blue leather back in the day...
I would think that spills would be easier to wipe off than fixing leather that is cracking. Besides, I would think the black leather would absorb heat more, but from the other thread on the subject, I guess not. Anyway, the black leather (ebony) is starting to grow on me.
I JUST CAN'T %&@)#*(@ believe that the TL-S is not offered in Anthracite Metallic. WTF? That's gotta be the best color, would Acura want me to spend less money and buy a base TL because of a color choice? Why the hell didn't they make that available on the TL-S too? There's really no color similar to it like the two different blues for the base and Type-S. Any chance the dealer can do something about it? If enough people make enough noise about it, it'd be pretty easy for Acura to just add the color for the Type-S.
