Need some Advice on Bulbs....

I want to get new Turn signal in fron and Back. I know the size so that is not a concern. What I do want to know is What do you have as a white bulb. I am looking for a very bright white bulb for the front turn signals and rear as well.

What do you guys think of putting led bulbs in front with 14 leds?

Any suggestion.

I want to do this since I cleared the headlights and it looks nice but I need to get rid of the amber bulbs.

Thanks

I don't recommend LED, they will hyperblink, most 1157 LED bulbs won't come on when the parking lights are on (it will only blink), so you will be without a sidemarker which is illegal, in daylight most LED won't show up well.

I recommend Eaglite Superwhite 1157 bulb only $3 bucks @ www.midnightmoose.com they are better bulbs then PIAA Xtreme White.

yeah i've read too LEDs aren't bright at all during the day. currently have Polarg hyperwhites front and back, but today i ordered Eaglite 1157 bulbs cuz i know those like up brighter than the Polargs in passive mode. only 3 bucks and it didn't add to my shipping cost.

yea i have 1157's white LEDs in the turns. 13 head kind i believe. had to splice in a resistor to make them blink properly. in the daytime, yes they are hard to see when blinking, hopefully wont cause any problems. at nite, they actually shine a very cool blueish type color, even tho its a "white" led. i love the look at nite, cuz all those other "hyperwhite" bulbs look browish when not blinking. looks very unique, with the color and straight laser like pattern. ive had eaglite and polarg both before. plus i have cleared headlights, so theres no blue reflectgion in the housing. everything is clear and uniform, looks very sweet.

check this site out: http://www.superbrightleds.com/

they got all kinds of LED's and the resistor too. resistor has 2 wires, splice them into the turn signal wires, there are 3 wires, red, black, green. splice into the green and black one. it was kind of a hassle cuz of the small area to work with and the small azz wires.
