Haha. Thought I'd get you guys to look. Anyways. When I put my sun visor to the left, and I'm turning, this thing is swinging back to it's orignal position and hitting me on my head. Is it loose? Or is it supposed to be like this? Anything I can do?

 

well same thing happened to me, its just old age, its really scary when someone leaves the passenger side one side ways and you turn and WHACK!! slams right into place. i dont know how to fix it but ill take a look at it today and see what i can conjure up. it just seems like you need more friction between the plastics

 

Haha, yeah man. Kinda embarassing cuz when you're turning, you're in the middle of the intersection and your visor hits you in the head and people can see. haha.

yea I got to see this as well, never heard of anyone do that, since its illegal EVERYWHERE, can you post some pics and how dark is it.

 

Windshield is 35% and the sides and rear are 15%

I Had A Honda Accord 98 I Hard 3% On The Side Windows And Smoke Which Is 20% In The Front Windshield...

 

OR you can do this man, i took a look at it and this seems like the most cost effective solution

no prob man, sorry it took me so long to respond, went on a spirited run and smoked an impala! got happy and bought gas witt the money, next thing you know, its 8:19pm and i forgot all about my promise to you.

oh man that looks real nice.Are the cops on your ass all the time? how many tickets you got so far? lol man in canada they will give you a ticket for having drivers/passangers windows tinted no matter the darkness. If they saw the windshield tinted they would shoot you lol. you got some balls driving that especially in the US, where cops are the biggest criminals.

 

Thanks. I have had 4 tickets for tint and counting lol. It hasn't been bad lately tho. My last car had tint on the windshield too, I love it.

 

wow 4 and counting and they didnt make you rip it off? thats weird. here they usualy give you a warning, a ticket if they are bitch cops, but they say they want you to take it off. if you dont they make you take it off on the spot. I was with my friend and they told him to rip it off and he told them he will when he gets home. Cop took his key and scratched the tint and he was like "you can start right now". and he waited for us to rip off the tints then he took off and have him 100$ ticket.

 

Never had anyone tell me to rip it off. Fuck that, lol I would be sooo pissed.

 

that's wack. Here in Long beach, you get a fix it tix. ten bucks when you show the cops the tint's taken off
