Do the 2001 TL's have memory seats and mirrors or is this a 2002 addition? Thanks for your help!

Yup, just the 2002s! And also, the passenger mirror tilts when you reverse.

 

Does anyone knows if the 02' mirrors will fit on the 99-01s?

 

You should have seen my girl's reaction the first time she sat in the passenger seat and I put it in reverse ......... PRICELESS!

 

oh yeah, tell me about it. when my gf and parents saw that feature they acted like they were from the moon

and hehe, yeah, memory seats (let's say two of them ) are only for 02 and up

 

You guys are going to have to start getting used to saying just the '02-'03s.

I believe that's right. If I remember correctly ...... my '99 mirrors were different that my '02.

 

Well if you're thinking that you can put the 02 mirrors on a 99/00/01 and get the tilt function, don't bother.

It's not part of the mirror, it's part of the on-board computer in the car. Believe me if it was just the mirror, I'd get it.

more than likely they will fit, wasnt the only thing visibly changed (that is attached to the car) the headlights and grill? (Not counting the tail lights of course)

 

Yes but I believe the question was about the tilt down mirror option, That will not work with the 99/00/01 TL.
