MDX wheel installed.

Just wrapped up installing my new steering wheel. Way easier than the intake was lol. Only glitch was that black rubber bar/balance weight wouldn't go back on w the old screws. Anyone else have this problem? If so do you remember what screws u needed? I guess I could just buy a couple different sizes but to save a return trip would be nice.

When I did mine i reused the Torx bolts from the airbag to hold in the weight. My new wheel came with new bolts that i then used to re-install the air bag with.

I ordered an 01 MDX wood grain wheel and now wondering if I would have any issues putting my airbag into the MDX wheel. Base seem to be different sizes. I hope it's not an issue. Not so sure the 01 wheel fits my 02 TL. Maybe I should have done a bit of research first.

Did you manage to get the correct screws? If so, please post the specs of these new screws so I can buy them before removing the steering wheel and scrambling afterwards to find screws. Thanks.

Yes. You actually reuse your old screws that held in the airbag originally. The mdx wheel will come with new screws to replace them so it's ok to use them.
