has anyone had this happen before is it a sensor or just a light bulb or a fuse and if so how much was repair cost thanks for the help

 

To be honest Im not sure what you're asking. Can you better explain your problem?

 

the small box that displays what number gear you are in not the d5 that still lights up on the insturment panel

I'm assuming you have a 2nd Gen. Are you taking about the 1 in this picture?



If so, i'm guessing your bulb went out. I don't know how much labor would be.

Haha, I wish. It's not mine, that picture is AZ user Me0w's car (gauges modded by OntarioTL). It was just the first picture I could find that showed the gear indicator.
