Left & Right speaker Volume different..Speaker or Head unit pbm?
I have a 2003 Acura TL, today I have observed that my left side speakers both forward and back are working nice but my right side speaker are working at low volume.
I am still under factory warranty, will it be fixed by a dealer?
What do you think the problem is ? Is it the speakers or the Head unit or amplifier?
Since both forward and backward speaker on right side arent working I am guessing its the problem with wiring or may be head unit.
Anyhelp regarding this is a great help.
Thanks

just press the tune nob on the left and check every single setting, that should help you.. if it isnt then it would be the headunit because last time i had my HU being replaced for the first time, i noticed that there was no sound on the right side and they had to end up replacing it again...
If it's not the balance then there is a problem with the head unit i had same issue in my civic few years back with a pioneer cd player the internal amplifier went bad do to one of the speakers overloading it. it was shorting out cause i forgot to tape of the the wire to the speaker and it was touching the body of the car.
I have checked using the balancing knob and checked for the volume for each speaker, just the right two speakers work at low volume compared to the left speakers. Anyways I have checked the warranty manual and it says its covered under factory warranty and I have still 500miles left on my vehicle for my warranty to expire. I have made an appointment on wednesday for the audio system check. I shall post what has gone bad.
thanks for your inputs though.
One morething I observed in my car is that there is a kind of rattling sound from the left half of the car I am not sure whether its the car sear ( since they have replaced car seat heaters once) I am getting it also checked I shall let you know guys whats the problem with that.
Does car vibrate when the engline is in idle or when you stop at a red signal? I have felt some vibrations when the engine is idle or when i stop at the signal. If anyone has same pbm let me know.
Thanks guys.

I forgot to mention I bought a extended warranty for my vehicle for $1150 @ www.bernardiwarranty.com they offer pretty good rate for acura care.
Hope this info helps for anyone who is interested in factory warranty.
I actually didnt want to buy factory warranty but I did a little research and found that 2003 acura'a have problem with transmission..So I ended up buying a extended warranty.
even if my factory warranty expires my extended warranty should cover my Audio system.
