I've searched countlessly for the exact location of my keyless entry control module. Im thinking it needs replacing. I cannot get my car to enter programming mode. I bought a used alarm fob from ebay Fcc: E4EG8D-444H-A. Red led lights up like it should the inside chip looks to be good too. Only thing I can think of for the alarm fob is replacing the battery? Am I doing something wrong to not be entering programming mode? I turn the ignition to the (II) push lock or unlock turn off ignition all within 1-4 second like the instructions insist. On the 4th try I should hear the doors cycle thru but I don't. Help me please! To be clear all my locks work with the key. The security led flashes when i lock the car from the outside with the key. And if I have windows down enough to open the door while armed the alarm goes off like it should.
