if anything i wont think that you will feel a big change if you are going to spend that money you should fork out a few more and get the cold air intake.... well it will be a 100+ or more for the cai but you will notice the power compared to the drop in
I'm considering the ct Icybox. I'm getting tired of waiting for the harmonically tuned V2. I have a TL-S, isn't the manifold already harmonically tuned? Before I spend money on the V2, I'd have to see a dyno to make sure that it doesn't negate the factory setup. Just gotta wait I guess.

I've got the drop-in K&N panel filter for both my '02 TL-S and my '97 Maxima SE and although the performance gains are negligible, it probably does a better job of filtering the the dirt out. Plus, you never have to buy another air filter as they are good for 10 years/1,000,000 miles.
The Compech filter is pretty nice. It makes a nice whoosh sound of a vaccum when you turn the car off, so it must do a decent job of pulling in air.
I say get the comptech.....they're made specifically for our cars.

I would really like the Icebox but I am saving up for a brake upgrades which will run me about $600 for Rotors, Pads and SS lines. This car doesn't have confident stopping power IMO. The drop in filter would be nice cuz I hear I can get slightly higher gas mileage. The cost difference is negilable for me. Thanks for all those that responded
