I know this is a noob question, but search failed me...
Are the interior led's plug and play? I don't want to mess with any resistors and soldering.
I want to change out the map, dome, and door lights for led. Any suggestions as to where to buy them from?

i also have them for my license plate my reverse lights and my trunk but its a mess right now. i got them from http://www.ijdmtoy.com/index_2.htm... he has a store on ebay. i suggest emailing them a list of what you need they can probably give you a better deal for ordering alot. be specific with your dome light bulb because they sent me the wrong one. its a D42mm bulb

I swapped my interior lights with replacement LEDs from iJDMtoy.com. Looks much better and crisp. Great Mod!

Okay so I ordered the ljdmtoys interior package and I have the door light, map lights, dome lights and then I got the license plate lights too. The question I have, assuming they send me the right dome light - is it bright enough? I am thinking it needs more light, and I would really like to have that board of LEDs Volley has.

I found them at that link above. About 3/4's of the page down, you can find the boards I'm talking about. There are 48 and 36 LED's on each board, but I don't know what size would be best for me, and what illuminates the best. I don't know if the dome light is a 31, 39 or 44mm either. crap! I'm also going to order the vanity lights for the mirrors from the same link above.

I guess I will see how I like this package that comes tomorrow.

 

Comet, if you got the ijdmtoy package from ebay, they send you the D36mm bulb and it has 4 LEDs on it. fits fine.
IMO, its bright enough for me, i just hate that the dome is towards the rear, so not much of it lights up the front. but the map lights light up the front pretty nicely

Okay cool - I will see if I like it, and if not then I will get another one. So you can get the vanity lights from them as well? I wish I would have thought of that when I made the original order. I am skeptical about mixing and matching from different companies because I'm afraid the color won't match.

Yeah I know. If I don't like the dome light, I will order the vanity lights from the other company and get the bigger dome light though. I'm pretty excited about it! Those lights have GOT to go!!! I was driving an 09TL loaner car for about a month, and I think that had LED interior lights. Boy what a difference!!! And my car has dark tinted windows, so my car is really dark inside - especially with the black leather! haha
